Aquatics

Children's Programs
Junior ages 0-17 may utilize the Club during designated Junior Hours.
The club reserves the right to restrict any junior from using any facilities or equipment if their safety is at risk, if they do not follow club usage guidelines, or if they disrupt the enjoyment of other members. Guidelines may be modified at any time.

Fitness / Wellness Programs
Colorado Athletic Club offers a variety of programs to facilitate a continued lifestyle of wellness for our members. All members begin their membership with a complimentary initial consultation with one of our Fitness Consultants. This one-hour appointment includes a review of medical history, goal setting and instruction in the proper use of the exercise equipment to meet each member's specific needs. To ensure the safety of our members and to protect our equipment, we strongly recommend that all members take advantage of the initial consultation.

Group Fitness

Massage
Massage has been used in relaxation, tension reduction and therapeutically in the treatment of aches, pain and injuries for thousands of years. Psychological studies show that treatments involving nuturing touch satisfy our basic human need to be nurtured.
Prevention of injuries can be optimized by keeping massage as a regular part of your body maintenance routine. Many people receive a weekly massage for general maintenance of mind and body.

Personal Training
One-on-one exercise sessions provided by Certified, Professional Personal Trainers benefit both the individual who has never exercised, as well as the professional athlete. Personal Training is available for an additional fee.

Pilates
Pilates will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
